Booking is a request
Scheduling an appointment is a request. Every visit is confirmed only after a medical screening and provider approval. Services are for adults 18 or older (or with guardian consent and presence).
Pricing & fees
Prices shown are illustrative until confirmed by the clinic and medical director. "Starting at" reflects the base service before add-ons, mobile travel fees, or applicable tax, which are shown before you confirm.
Memberships & auto-renewal
Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may pause or cancel anytime after your first month, online, with no fee. Rollover and expiration terms are disclosed on each plan, consistent with FTC click-to-cancel and applicable state automatic-renewal laws.
Cancellation & no-show
A card on file may be required to hold your appointment. Please review our cancellation and no-show policy at booking; fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
