Health information

This public website collects only non-health contact information (such as name, email, and phone) for callbacks and marketing. Medical intake — symptoms, history, medications, and consent — is collected and stored securely by our HIPAA-eligible scheduling partner under a signed Business Associate Agreement, never in our marketing systems.

Analytics & tracking

We use privacy-friendly analytics. We do not place advertising or session-replay pixels on booking, intake, or health-related pages. We never place personal or health data in URLs or logs.

Email & SMS consent

Marketing emails and texts require your separate, affirmative opt-in and can be stopped anytime (reply STOP to texts, or unsubscribe). We comply with CAN-SPAM and TCPA.

Your rights

Depending on your state (including CCPA/CPRA and state consumer-health-data laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Contact privacy@justivclinics.com.
